新安江模型是中国第一个完整的流域水文模型,模型结构设计为分散性的,分为蒸散发计算、产流计算、分水源计算和汇流计算4个结构层次。为探索模型在无资料流域的应用,采用冷水河流域附近水文站资料建立三水源新安江模型,率定模型参数,移植区间SMS_3、LAG_3参数构建冷水河洪水预报方案。经检验,方案确定性系数0.909,各预报项目合格率66%以上,精度等级为丙级。得出了三水源新安江模型参数移植在无资料流域冷水河有适用性的结论。可资缺乏资料的中小流域洪水预报方案研制借鉴。
The Xin’anjiang model is the first complete hydrological model in China. Its model structure is decentralized and divided into four structural levels: evapotranspiration calculation, runoff calculation, diversion calculation and confluence calculation. In order to explore the application of the model in non-material watershed, the Xin’anjiang model of Sanshui source was established by using the hydrological station data near the Lengshui River Basin. The parameters of the model and the parameters of SMS_3 and LAG_3 were used to construct the flood forecasting scheme. After testing, the program certainty coefficient of 0.909, the forecasting project pass rate of 66% or more, the accuracy grade C grade. It is concluded that the parameters of Xin’anjiang model of three water sources are suitable for cold water river without data. Development and application of flood forecasting schemes in medium and small river basins with insufficient information.
