Karyotypic abnormalities are a widely recognized marker of hematological malignancies. In B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL), 30% of cases have abnormal trisomic karyotypes, as well as 14q~+ chromosomes that are commonly translocated. The most common is t(11;14)(q13;q32). Abnormal chromosome 13, especially 13q12-14, is often reported in the literature. However, unusual karyotypes involving 6q~-, 11q~-, and 14q~- are rare. Normal karyotypes have also been reported in high percentages of B-CLL patients. This is because it is unclear whether CLL cells have normal or abnormal colony breakdown. We established a lymphoblastoid cell line of B-CLL patients from a genetic perspective. Immunoglobulin heavy chain and
