中国化学工程总公司(简称 CNCEC)是一个有34个单位(其中勘察、设计、施工28个)、近8万职工组成的大型、智力密集型企业集团。工作中,我们深感过去在计划经济形态下形成的人事管理方法、手段已远远满足不了总公司占领、开拓国内外市场的需要,迫切要求人事管理方法、手段的现代化。为了充分开发利用总公司人才资源,使总公司近2万名各类专业技术人员,特别是8000余名各类中高级专业技术人员,人尽其才,才尽其用,使人事管理工作逐步走向科学化、现代化,总公司决定开发研制《中化工程总公司人事管理信息系统(PMIS)》。
China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (referred to as CNCEC) is a large-scale, intellectually-intensive enterprise group consisting of 34 units (of which 28 are surveyed, designed, and constructed) and nearly 80,000 employees. In our work, we deeply feel that the personnel management methods and methods that have been formed under the planned economy in the past have been far from meeting the needs of the company’s occupation and expansion of domestic and foreign markets, and urgently require the modernization of personnel management methods and methods. In order to fully develop and utilize the talent resources of the head office, the company’s nearly 20,000 professional technicians, in particular over 8,000 mid-to-high-level professional and technical personnel, have made full use of their talents to make their personnel management work more scientific. In the modernization, the head office decided to develop and develop the Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) of Sinochem Engineering Corporation.
