随着“高效课堂”和“卓越课堂”的提出,新一轮的课改强势推进,给我们一线教师带来了不可多得的机遇和严峻的挑战。说是机遇,因为每一次新的课改,新的设想,始终都要靠教师在教学实践中去实现、去完善,每位教师都将在这场变革中,用自己的智慧,找到自己的角色,做出自己的回答。说是挑战,是因为每一次的课改,教师不仅要改变教育观念,而且要转变角色定位,改变每天都在进行着的习以为常的教育方式和教育行为,其难度不言而喻。尽管改变会使我们困惑和痛苦,但我觉得更多的是欣喜,因为每一次改变都会给我们教师的成长开启一个广阔的平台,让我们呼吸到变革所带来的氧气。 With the introduction of “Efficient Classroom” and “Excellent Classroom”, the new round of curriculum reform has made great strides and brought us rare opportunities and severe challenges to front-line teachers.
