随着“高效课堂”和“卓越课堂”的提出,新一轮的课改强势推进,给我们一线教师带来了不可多得的机遇和严峻的挑战。说是机遇,因为每一次新的课改,新的设想,始终都要靠教师在教学实践中去实现、去完善,每位教师都将在这场变革中,用自己的智慧,找到自己的角色,做出自己的回答。说是挑战,是因为每一次的课改,教师不仅要改变教育观念,而且要转变角色定位,改变每天都在进行着的习以为常的教育方式和教育行为,其难度不言而喻。尽管改变会使我们困惑和痛苦,但我觉得更多的是欣喜,因为每一次改变都会给我们教师的成长开启一个广阔的平台,让我们呼吸到变革所带来的氧气。
With the introduction of “Efficient Classroom” and “Excellent Classroom”, the new round of curriculum reform has made great strides and brought us rare opportunities and severe challenges to front-line teachers. That is an opportunity, because every new curriculum reform, new ideas, always rely on teachers in teaching practice to achieve, perfect, every teacher in this revolution, with their own wisdom, to find their own Role, make your own answer. To say that it is a challenge is because every time a lesson is changed, teachers not only need to change their concepts of education, but also change their roles and positions and change the routine and educational behaviors that are practiced daily. The difficulty is self-evident. Although change will be confusing and painful to us, I think it is more joyful because every change will open a broad platform for the growth of our teachers and allow us to breathe the oxygen of change.
