研究发现乳类中所含的乳清蛋白,尤其是乳清蛋白的基本成分——乳基蛋白(MBP),可抑制骨吸收。应用老年卵巢切除大鼠作为骨质疏松的动物模型,来观察MBP是否能够预防骨量丧失及骨吸收;同时应用兔破骨细胞体外培养来探讨可能的机制。取28只51周龄的雌性SD大鼠,21只切除卵巢(ovx),7只接受假手术(sham组)。术后4周,卵巢切除大鼠分为三组,分别喂以对照饮食(ovx-control组)、含0.01%MBP饮食(ovx-0.01%MBP组)及含0.1%MBP饮食
The study found that whey protein contained in milk, especially the basic component of whey protein - milk protein (MBP), can inhibit bone resorption. The ovariectomized rats were used as an animal model of osteoporosis to observe whether MBP can prevent bone loss and bone resorption. At the same time, the osteoclasts cultured in vitro were used to explore the possible mechanism. Twenty-eight female Sprague-Dawley rats (51 weeks old) were ovariectomized, 21 were ovariectomized and 7 were sham-operated (sham).
