骨桥蛋白(OPN)是一富含精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(RGD)序列的分泌型磷酸化糖蛋白,参与细胞信号传导,促进肿瘤细胞的粘附和迁移,与肿瘤生长、侵袭转移密切相关,近年被认为是一个新的肿瘤标志物。研究表明OPN表达与胶质瘤临床病理分级及预后相关,并参与肿瘤细胞新生血管的形成,尤其在胶质瘤细胞骨架蛋白磷酸化、细胞外基质降解、肿瘤细胞迁移浸润过程中发挥重要作用。以调控骨桥蛋白表达为靶目标,从而进一步抑制胶质瘤的侵袭浸润,可作为胶质瘤基因治疗的一个新策略。
