YC32-315四柱式液压机的液压系统是采用层叠式集成逻辑插装阀组成,下压和顶出同用一个集成逻辑阀块系统,液压系统原理图(略)。一、液压系统故障情况当液压系统的柱塞泵起动,系统工作时,系统压力表上只有5MPa,达不到额定的32MPa力,主缸下压工作时不能维持压力。当主缸下压时,顶出缸活塞杆有往上移动的现象,而且有4MPa的压力。从设备安装投产以来,使用不久就出现了上述故障,特别是最近系统完全不能正常工作,我们经过三番五次调试,终于排除了故障。二、系统故障的排除过程我们经过细致分析和多次试验,发现造成上述故
