目的:研究0-5 mol/L,1-5 mol/L和6-1 mol/L高渗NaCl 溶液置栗鼠圆窗对内耳电生理和耳蜗血流的影响。方法:动物全身麻醉,暴露圆窗,分别放置0-5 mol/L,1-5 mol/L和6-1 mol/L的NaCl 溶液棉片,观察2 h 内听神经复合动作电位(CAP) 阈值及耳蜗血流(CBF) 改变情况。结果:0-5 mol/L,1-5 mol/L和6-1 mol/L三种NaCl 溶液分别可提高CBF7-6 % ,24-5% 和35-3% ,0-5 mol/L的NaCl 溶液对CAP阈值提高不明显,1-5 mol/L和6-1 mol/L的NaCl溶液明显提高,以高频区为显著,二者相比以6-1 mol/LNaCl 溶液引起的听力损伤为重。结论:NaCl 高渗溶液棉片置圆窗可增加耳蜗血流量;高渗NaCl 溶液对内耳听功能的影响随浓度的增加而增大
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of circular window of 0-5 mol / L, 1-5 mol / L and 6-1 mol / L NaCl solution on electrophysiology and cochlear flow in the inner ear. Methods: Animals were anesthetized and round windows were exposed. Cotton sheets of 0-5 mol / L, 1-5 mol / L and 6-1 mol / L NaCl solution were placed respectively.
