患者，４５岁，农民。自述有耳堵塞感，伴低音调耳鸣，断续发生深部针刺样疼痛，自听增强，并伴有困倦，食欲不振等全身症状半月余。检查Ｔ３８℃，可见右侧鼓膜呈放射性充血，以松驰部为显，鼓膜内陷。初步诊断为右侧非化脓性中耳炎（卡他性中耳炎），询问患者无药物过敏史。?
