与公路、水路、航空等物流运输方式相比,铁路物流具有更适应大批量长距离运输、能耗少及碳排放量低、物流运输网络更完善等比较优势。从传统铁路货场转型为铁路物流中心必须进一步简化业务衔接、完善作业流程,同时有效解决功能设置不够合理、作业流程不够完善、信息传递不够通畅、现代管理体系不够健全等难题。应真正将铁路物流中心建设融入地方经济发展和城市土地开发规划中,努力提高铁路物流中心信息化水平,不断提高铁路物流服务软实力,促进我国铁路物流行业持续健康发展。
Compared with the modes of logistics transportation such as road, waterway and aviation, the railway logistics has the comparative advantage of being more suitable for long-distance transportation in large quantities, less energy consumption, lower carbon emissions and better logistics and transportation network. The transition from the traditional railway yard to the railway logistics center must further simplify the business linkage, improve the operation flow, and effectively solve the problems such as the unreasonable function setting, the incomplete operation flow, the unobstructed information transmission and the inadequate modern management system. The railway logistics center should be truly integrated into local economic development and urban land development planning. Efforts must be made to improve the informatization level of the railway logistics center, continuously improve the soft power of the railway logistics service and promote the sustained and healthy development of the railway logistics industry in our country.
