针对材料为LD10CS铝合金,厚度为3.7~4.0mm的航天低温贮箱箱底的拼焊、摸索出了一套新的单面焊双面成形自动钨极脉冲氩弧焊工艺,该工艺方法克服了以往两面三层手工焊工艺及单面自动焊工艺的不足。通过选择合适的规范参数、采取特殊的工艺措施、实现了厚度为3.7~4.0mm的LD10CS铝合金的单面焊双面成形,突破了接头塑性差的技术难题、避免了箱底低压爆破,进而实现了航天低温贮箱箱底的自动拼焊,大大提高了箱底的质量和可靠性。
