目的研究α-干扰素(IFN-α)和溴隐亭(BC)对人垂体腺瘤细胞激素分泌的影响。方法将垂体泌乳素(PRL)腺瘤(15例)进行体外细胞培养,每例培养细胞随机分成IFN-α组、BC组、IFN-α+BC组及对照组,观测lFN-α和BC干预后细胞PRL分泌量。结果15例垂体腺瘤培养成功12例;干预2d和4d时,IFN-α对58%(7/12例)和75%(9/12例)垂体腺瘤细胞分泌有明显抑制,其中,57%(4/7例)和86%(6/7例)侵袭性垂体腺瘤细胞分泌受到明显抑制;BC对41%(5/12例)垂体腺瘤细胞分泌无明显抑制作用,而IFN-α对其中2例和4例有明显抑制分泌效应(P<0.05或P< 0.01)。结论IFN-α对大多数垂体PRL腺瘤,尤其是侵袭性垂体腺瘤细胞激素分泌有抑制作用,对大多数BC不敏感的垂体PRL腺瘤细胞激素分泌亦有抑制效应。
Objective To study the effect of IFN-α and bromocriptine (BC) on the hormone secretion of human pituitary adenoma cells. Methods Porphyromonuria (PRL) adenoma (15 cases) were cultured in vitro. Each cultured cell was randomly divided into IFN-α group, BC group, IFN-α + BC group and control group. Post-cellular PRL secretion. RESULTS: Fifteen cases of pituitary adenoma were successfully cultured in 12 cases. IFN-α significantly inhibited the secretion of pituitary adenoma cells in 58% (7/12 cases) and 75% (9/12 cases) at 2 and 4 days after intervention, of which 57 The secretion of pituitary adenoma cells was significantly inhibited in% (4/7 cases) and 86% (6/7 cases) of invasive pituitary adenoma cells. BC had no significant inhibitory effect on the secretion of pituitary adenoma cells in 41% (5/12 cases) α in 2 and 4 of them significantly inhibited the secretion (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion IFN-α can inhibit the secretion of hormones in most pituitary adenomas, especially in invasive pituitary adenomas. It also inhibits the hormone secretion of pituitary PRL adenocarcinoma, which is not sensitive to BC.
