科技创新是当前煤炭行业可持续发展的主要动力,科技创新投入能力与产出能力是煤炭行业经济竞争力提升的主要影响因素。在对科技创新和经济竞争力相关概念和关系辨析的基础上,设计科技创新投入、产出能力和经济竞争力的测量模型,以2010—2015年我国煤炭行业为样本,采用典型相关分析、熵权TOPSIS和线性回归分析方法进行实证,得出科技创新投入对煤炭行业经济竞争力具有促进作用,科技创新产出能力在此过程中起重要中介作用的结论。
Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force for the sustainable development of the coal industry. Input-output capability and output capacity of science and technology innovation are the main factors that affect the economic competitiveness of the coal industry. Based on the analysis of related concepts and relations of technological innovation and economic competitiveness, this paper designs a measurement model of input, output and economic competitiveness of science and technology innovation. Taking the Chinese coal industry from 2010 to 2015 as a sample, using canonical correlation analysis, entropy TOPSIS, and linear regression analysis. The conclusion is that the input of S & T innovation can promote the economic competitiveness of the coal industry, and the innovation capacity of S & T plays an important intermediary role in this process.
