膜片式弹簧离合器目前在汽车上采用越来越多,采用优化设计方法可以快速地找到最优解,节省了时间。而且亦可使所设计的膜片弹簧离合器的操纵力最省,可以减轻司机的劳动强度。因此优化设计方法是一种新型的设计方法。本文内容包括三部分,第一部分介绍膜片弹簧离合器优化设计的概况与优点。第二部分介绍无优化时膜片弹簧离合器设计的一般步骤。第三部分阐明膜片弹簧离合器优化设计的步骤,程序的框图,以及设计结果的初步分析。
Diaphragm spring clutches are currently used more and more in the car, using optimal design methods can quickly find the optimal solution, saving time. But also the design of the diaphragm spring clutch the most power-saving, can reduce the driver’s labor intensity. Therefore, the optimal design method is a new design method. This article includes three parts, the first part introduces the overview and advantages of diaphragm spring clutch optimization design. The second section describes the general procedure for designing a diaphragm spring clutch without optimization. The third part illustrates the steps of the diaphragm spring clutch optimization design, the block diagram of the program, and the preliminary analysis of the design results.
