目的了解煤制天然气企业存在的职业病危害因素及对从业人员健康的影响,为控制职业病危害提供依据。方法2015年4月选取某煤制天然气企业为调查对象,对该企业进行职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测,分析生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素。结果该煤制天然气企业存在物理和化学危害因素,粉尘时间加权浓度为0.42~3.91 mg/m3,超标率为38.1%;噪声接触强度为74.5~92.5 d B(A),超标率40.9%。结论该煤制天然气企业职业病危害因素种类较多,粉尘和噪声超标严重。存在尘肺、噪声聋、一氧化碳和硫化氢中毒的风险,属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应进一步改善防护措施。
Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases in coal-based natural gas enterprises and their impact on the health of employees, so as to provide basis for controlling the hazards of occupational diseases. Methods In April 2015, a coal-based natural gas enterprise was selected as the investigation target. The enterprise conducted field investigation on occupational health and detection of occupational hazards, and analyzed the occupational hazards that existed in the production process. Results The coal-based natural gas enterprises had physical and chemical hazards. The time-weighted concentration of dust was 0.42-3.91 mg / m3, and the exceeding standard rate was 38.1%. The noise contact intensity was 74.5-92.5 d B (A), and the exceeding standard rate was 40.9%. Conclusion There are many kinds of occupational hazards in this coal-based natural gas enterprise with severe dust and noise. The risk of pneumoconiosis, noise and deafness, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide poisoning belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational disease hazards. Protection measures should be further improved.
