本文介绍了带有微机的测量机床静刚度与热变形参数的专用仪器——机床静刚度与热变形测试仪(以下简称测试仪)。对机床静刚度与热变形两项参数的传统测量方法与用计算机控制的测量方法加以比较。文中介绍了测试仪的原理及结构。测试仪的主机部分是一台 SY6809D4高性能八位微处理机,还配有12位 A/D采样扳,切换传感器矩阵扳和状态扳。机内有10K 程序,包括监控程序、调试、测试程序、计算及处理等程序。文中还谈到了为确保系统可靠工作,在软件、硬件所采取的抗干扰措施。本文最后对仪器的技术经济效果进行了分析。
This paper introduces a special instrument for measuring the static stiffness and thermal deformation parameters of a machine tool with a microcomputer - static stiffness and thermal deformation tester (hereinafter referred to as the tester). The traditional measurement methods of static stiffness and thermal deformation of machine tools are compared with the computer-controlled measurement methods. The article introduces the principle and structure of the tester. The main part of the tester is a SY6809D4 high-performance eight microprocessors, also equipped with 12-bit A / D sampling switch, switch the sensor matrix and pull the state board. The machine has 10K programs, including monitoring procedures, debugging, testing procedures, calculation and processing procedures. The article also talked about in order to ensure reliable system work, in the software and hardware anti-jamming measures taken. At the end of this paper, the technical and economic effects of the instrument are analyzed.
