大众健美操是集舞蹈、体操于一体的新兴体育项目,它以增进健康、健美体型、娱乐身心、陶冶情操等特深受高校学生的喜爱,本文从生理学和心理学的角度,对持续参加大众健美操锻炼的高校学生在身心各方面所得到的影响进行了分析和探讨。结果表明,大众健美操对高校学生的身体素质的发展和身心健康都有较好的促进作用。
