在分析直升机旋翼系统典型故障的基础上,提出了旋翼系统典型故障的诊断与预测方法,包括:桨叶疲劳寿命预测方法,桨毂疲劳寿命预测方法,拉杆疲劳寿命预测方法,自动倾斜器轴承故障诊断方法等。同时,介绍了基于飞行状态识别,基于虚拟传感器,基于载荷实测的疲劳寿命预测方法和自动倾斜器轴承故障诊断方法的关键技术,说明了旋翼系统典型故障的可测试性以及实现旋翼系统基于状态维修(CBM)的可行性。
