用细胞成形质的三维研究方法(AODO)扫描电镜(SEM)观察研究鼠切牙造牙本质细胞的超微结构(OBs)。结果:(1)年轻OBs的特征为有同心层状粗面内质网(RER)以及许多长的线粒体;(2)RER转变成与成熟及年老OBs分泌活动有关的管状网.年老OBs尤其在细胞的远中末端含有许多小的圆形线粒体;(3)在年轻及年老的OBs中都可以观察到管泡状成分;(4)在年轻及年老OBs中,均发现与Golgi复合体及平滑内质网(SER)有关的胞浆内小体;(5)同时发现在基质沉积期,小泡内吐入髓周的前期牙本质中。目前的形态学研究证明存在着与OBs牙本质形成有关的三维结构。
Ultrastructural structures (OBs) of mouse incisor dentin cells were observed by three-dimensional (AODO) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). RESULTS: (1) Young OBs were characterized by concentric lamellar rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) and many long mitochondria; (2) RER was converted to a tubular network associated with the secretion of mature and aged OBs. Older OBs contain many small round mitochondria, especially at the distal ends of the cells; (3) Tubular components are observed in both young and old OBs; (4) Both young and old OBs Found that Golgi complexes and smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER) -related cytoplasmic bodies; (5) also found that during the matrix deposition period, the vesicle into the medulla oblongata predentin. Current morphological studies have demonstrated the existence of three-dimensional structures associated with dentin formation in OBs.
