学习型城市理念发源于西方,由于城市的发展目标不同,所以学习型城市在全球范围内的实践也多种多样,经过若干年发展的学习型城市理念已经和最初的设计有所区别,东方和西方的发展趋势也大有不同。在此背景下,学习型城市的理念需要不断地更新与重构。在国际视野中的北京学习型城市建设,应该发展适应北京市情的政策路径,要达到理想状态的学习型城市目标,北京还有很长的路要走。
The concept of a learning city originated in the West. Due to the different development goals of cities, learning-based cities in the world have a variety of practices. The concept of a learning city after several years of development has been different from the original design. The development trend in the West is also very different. In this context, the concept of a learning city needs to be continuously updated and reconstructed. In the international perspective, the construction of a learning city in Beijing should develop a policy path suited to Beijing’s urban conditions. To achieve the desired goal of a learning city, Beijing still has a long way to go.
