芯片技术是近些年发展迅猛的一种新的检测手段,它集快速、高通量、高效率于一体。现已广泛运用于分子生物学研究、疾病诊断与治疗、药物筛选、环境监测等领域。芯片技术的灵敏性、准确性、重复性的这影响因素很多。本文从BioDot芯片点样仪出发,主要介绍了BioDot点样仪的工作原理及流程、稳压(SSP)的形成及维持和影响点样效果的影响因素,如点样量、预喷量、预喷压力、点样压力等参数设置的原则等。
