观察了胰蛋白酶作为“弱刺激”对盐酸-半胱胺诱发的大鼠十二指肠溃疡的适应性细胞保护作用。主要结果如下:①胰蛋白酶能明显减轻由盐酸-半胱胺所致的大鼠十二指肠溃疡,且有量效依赖关系;②切除大鼠腹腔交感神经节或肌注肾上腺素能受体阻断剂对胰蛋白酶对抗十二指肠溃疡效应没有影响;③切断大鼠膈下迷走神经或皮下注射阿托品后,能完全阻断胰蛋白酶对抗十二指肠溃疡的效应。胰蛋白酶作为一种弱刺激,对十二指肠粘膜具有适应性细胞保护作用,这种作用可能是通过迷走神经胆碱能纤维实现的。
The adaptive cytoprotective effect of trypsin as a “weak stimulus” on duodenal ulcer induced by hydrochloric acid-cysteamine was observed. The main results are as follows: 1 Trypsin can significantly reduce the duodenal ulcer induced by hydrochloric acid-cysteamine in a dose-dependent manner; 2 The resection of rat abdominal sympathetic ganglion or intramuscular injection of adrenergic receptor The blocker had no effect on the effect of trypsin on duodenal ulcer; 3 the effect of trypsin on complete blocking of duodenal ulcer was blocked after severing of subdiaphragmatic vagus nerve or subcutaneous injection of atropine. As a weak stimulus, trypsin has an adaptive cytoprotective effect on duodenal mucosa, which may be achieved through vagal cholinergic fibers.
