Α_1-antitrypsip (α_1-AT) is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of about 50,000 synthesized by the liver and secreted into the blood and becomes a main part of plasma α_1-globulin. It is known to be human plasma. The most important protease inhibitors can inhibit the activity of various proteases such as trypsin. In 1963, the Swedish clinical chemist Iaurell first found a deficiency of α_1-AT in the blood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and soon demonstrated the lack of α_1-AT. It is hereditary. This finding not only provides new clues to reveal the cause of emphysema, but also promotes the physicochemical properties, biological functions, and genetics of α_1-AT. In recent years, the lack of α_1-AT has also been discovered. With some liver
