目的:研究丹芪益肝颗粒对异烟肼(INH)和利福平(RFP)合用致肝损伤的保护作用。方法:异烟肼和利福平造成小鼠肝损伤模型,测定肝脏指数(LI)、血清谷丙转氨酶(SALT)、肝组织谷丙转氨酶(LALT)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)等指标,光镜观察肝脏组织学变化。结果:与模型组比较,经丹芪益肝颗粒预防性治疗后,SALT,LALT,TG,MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),SOD活力明显增强(P<0.05),GSH含量有所升高。病理切片观察,丹芪益肝颗粒能明显改善肝组织的病理变化。结论:丹芪益肝颗粒对异烟肼和利福平造成的小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Danqi Yigan Granule on hepatic injury induced by isoniazid (INH) and rifampicin (RFP). Methods: The model of liver injury induced by isoniazid and rifampicin was established. The liver index (LI), serum ALT, LALT, TG, (TC), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) were observed. Liver histology was observed by light microscope. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of SALT, LALT, TG and MDA were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01), SOD activity was significantly increased (P <0.05) The content has increased. Pathological observation, Danqi Yigan granules can significantly improve the pathological changes of liver tissue. Conclusion: Danqi Yigan granule has a protective effect on liver injury induced by isoniazid and rifampicin in mice.
