建筑工程防水层在某些位置上由于应力集中,变形频繁,雨水冲刷严重或外力损害,会较早地出现局部损坏,导致整个防水层末到耐用年限即需返修。因此,在防水工程设计和施工中,对容易造成局部损坏的薄弱部位应设置增强层,以提高防水层的整体设防能力,延长整个防水层的使用寿命。针对这些薄弱部位对防水工程质量影响的分析,提出了一些具体的防治措施。
Construction waterproof layer in some places due to stress concentration, frequent deformation, severe rain erosion or external damage, will appear earlier partial damage, leading to the end of the waterproof layer that is required to rework durability. Therefore, waterproofing engineering design and construction, vulnerable to local damage vulnerable parts should be set to enhance the layer to improve the overall waterproof ability of waterproofing, to extend the life of the entire waterproof layer. According to the analysis of the influence of these weak parts on the waterproofing quality, some concrete prevention and control measures are put forward.
