2015年10月5日,美国、日本等12国的贸易部长宣布,跨太平洋伙伴关系协议(TPP)谈判取得实质性突破,成功达成基本协定。一旦TPP协定在各国获得通过,这个占世界经济总量四成且号称“历史上标准最高”的贸易集团将应运而生,对世界和我国经贸发展都将产生影响。本文简要介绍了TPP协议的历史和现状,分析了其可能对我国贸易活动产生的不利影响,并提出相应对策。
On October 5, 2015, the trade ministers of the 12 countries including the United States and Japan announced substantive breakthroughs in the negotiation of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the successful conclusion of the basic agreement. Once the TPP is approved in all countries, this trade group, which accounts for 40% of the world economy and is known as the “highest standard in history,” will emerge as the times require and will have an impact on the world and China’s economic and trade development. This article briefly introduces the history and status quo of the TPP protocol, analyzes its possible adverse impact on China’s trade activities and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
