异丙基肾上腺素和异搏定对大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的影响。结果显示:①过量的异丙基肾上腺素能引起心肌广泛的梗塞样超微结构损伤;②异丙基肾上腺素(30mg/kg)使用后6h,心肌受损的程度最大和最普遍,它对心室壁内膜下肌层的损伤较严重,心房肌内也见普遍受累现象;③从超微结构上观察到Ca~(2+)拮抗剂——异搏定能缓解异丙基肾上腺素的心肌毒作用。
