目的:检测正常妊娠与子痫前期患者不同孕周的血清可溶性内皮因子(soluble endoglin,sEng)水平,探讨其在子痫前期发病中的作用。方法:检测并比较31例轻度子痫前期患者、26例重度子痫前期患者及43例正常妊娠妇女sEng的血清学水平。结果:孕12~16周、孕20~24周、孕28~32周、孕37~41周,sEng在正常妊娠组浓度为(7.7±1.5)、(8.2±1.6)、(9.3±1.7)、(11.4±2.6)ng/ml;轻度子痫前期组为(7.8±1.5)、(9.4±1.8)、(14.2±2.9)和(21.1±3.7)ng/ml;重度子痫前期组为(7.9±1.6)、(12.5±2.8)、(25.2±3.9)、(33.6±4.5)ng/ml。除孕12~16周,各组sEng水平差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);孕20~24周、孕28~32周、孕37~41周,轻度与重度组sEng水平均显著高于正常妊娠组水平(P<0.01)。结论:孕妇血清中sEng水平变化与子痫前期发病及病情发展有关。
Objective: To detect the levels of soluble endoglin (sEng) in different gestational weeks of normal pregnancy and preeclampsia and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods: Serum levels of sEng in 31 patients with mild preeclampsia, 26 patients with severe preeclampsia and 43 normal pregnant women were detected and compared. Results: The levels of sEng in normal pregnancy were (7.7 ± 1.5), (8.2 ± 1.6) and (9.3 ± 1.7) weeks, respectively. The serum levels of sEng in pregnant women were 12-16 weeks pregnant, 20-24 weeks pregnant, 28-32 weeks pregnant and 37-41 weeks pregnant. , (11.4 ± 2.6) ng / ml in mild preeclampsia group; (7.8 ± 1.5), (9.4 ± 1.8), (14.2 ± 2.9) and (21.1 ± 3.7) ng / (7.9 ± 1.6), (12.5 ± 2.8), (25.2 ± 3.9), (33.6 ± 4.5) ng / ml. There was no significant difference in the level of sEng between 12 and 16 weeks of gestation (P> 0.05). The levels of sEng in mild and severe groups were significantly higher at 20-24 weeks, 28-31 weeks of gestation and 37-41 weeks of gestation, In normal pregnancy group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The serum levels of sEng in pregnant women are related to the onset and progression of preeclampsia.
