“管办分离”对于业内人士虽已不再是什么新鲜事物,但因被写入新医改方案,还是引起了社会的广泛争议。自2005年——“中国医院管办分离试点年”始至今,北京市海淀区实行“管办分离”已逾四年,那么,施行情况究竟如何,医院管理是否有实质性改观?为寻求答案,本刊记者进行了探访,以期将清晰现状呈现读者面前,并结合记者所见所闻对此模式之优劣作简要评述。
Although the industry is no longer nothing new, but was written into the new medical reform program, or caused widespread social controversy. Since 2005, the “Pilot Office of Chinese Hospital Management and Pilot” has so far been implemented in Haidian District, Beijing for more than four years. So what is the actual situation and whether there is substantial improvement in hospital management? In search of answers, our correspondents conducted a visit with a view to presenting the reader with a clear status quo and a brief review of the advantages and disadvantages of this model in combination with what reporters saw and heard.
