随着中国高端装备制造业(HEM)的发展,针对HEM企业组织创新课题的研究越来越多,通过总结相关研究,建立针对HEM企业的组织创新测度指标体系,并且利用模糊综合测度数学模型分析HEM企业组织创新的影响因素;通过模型数据计算结果,分析得出中国HEM企业普遍存在的问题,如组织结构亟需优化、组织资源配置需进一步合理规划、专业性人才资源匮乏等。受中国经济良好发展势头影响,中国HEM企业在组织的外部环境方面具有一定优势。
With the development of China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry (HEM), more and more researches are devoted to HEM’s organizational innovation. By summarizing relevant researches, an index system of organizational innovation measurement is set up for HEM enterprises, and by using fuzzy comprehensive measure mathematical model HEM enterprise innovation impact factors; Through the calculation of model data, the analysis of the common problems in China’s HEM enterprises, such as the urgent need to optimize the organizational structure, organizational resources allocation needs to be further rational planning, lack of professional human resources. Influenced by the sound development of China’s economy, HEM enterprises in China have certain advantages in the external environment of the organization.
