目的对一起由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒事件进行实验检验,从而为食品卫生监督与管理的食物中毒工作处理提供科学、准确的实验数据。方法根据GB 4789.10-2010对患者呕吐物及可疑食品进行实验室检验。结果本次食物中毒是一起由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒。结论根据现场流行病学调查、临床表现及共同进餐史等设计好调查和检验方案,为食物中毒事件的确定及处理提供迅速准确的实验依据。
Aim To experimentally test the food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus, and to provide scientific and accurate experimental data for food poisoning in food hygiene supervision and management. Methods According to GB 4789.10-2010 laboratory tests on vomitus and suspicious foods. Results The food poisoning is caused by Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning. Conclusions According to the field epidemiological survey, clinical manifestations and co-meal history, a good investigation and test plan is designed to provide a fast and accurate experimental basis for the determination and handling of food poisoning incidents.
