随着油田的不断开发,为降低运行成本和生产能耗,提高竞争力,靖三联合站在2012年引入了三相分离器,高效节能的对油气水进行分离。然而,随着运行时间的增加,三相分离器出现了油水室运行不平稳,污水含油及原油含水不达标等种种运行难题。这些难题的产生,根本原因是三相分离器内部腐蚀。根据三相分离器的工作原理,结合日常生产实际,确定导致三相分离器腐蚀的原因,提出防腐的合理化建议,从而进一步延长三相分离器维护周期,降低生产成本。
With the continuous development of oilfields, in order to reduce operating costs and production energy consumption and improve competitiveness, the Jing-San Joint Station introduced a three-phase separator in 2012 to separate oil-gas water from energy-efficient ones. However, with the increase of running time, the three-phase separator appeared various problems such as unstable running of oil and water chamber, oil pollution of oil and non-compliance of crude oil water content. The root cause of these problems is the internal corrosion of the three-phase separator. According to the working principle of the three-phase separator and the daily production actuality, the cause of the corrosion of the three-phase separator is determined, and the rationalization proposal of corrosion prevention is put forward to further extend the maintenance period of the three-phase separator and reduce the production cost.
