本文以两种不同剂量(0.5和1.0 Gy)照射外周血,作了三个不同时间的培养(51、72、96小时),用BudR-Giemsa标记染色体,观察细胞周期变化、姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)率、染色体畸变和随体联合等。结果表明受照后细胞分裂周期有些变化;SCE率变化不大,与培养时间和剂量都无明显关系;双着丝染粒色体畸变与培养时间呈负相关,与剂量呈正相关;随体联合SA_c和DG_c指标都随剂量增加而降低,随体联合的形式C/T比值变化不大,尚符合随机分配的遗传基本原则。
Peripheral blood was irradiated at two different doses (0.5 and 1.0 Gy) and cultured at three different times (51, 72, and 96 hours). The chromosomes were labeled with BudR-Giemsa to observe changes in cell cycle and sister chromatid exchange. (SCE) rates, chromosomal aberrations, and satellite associations. The results showed that there was some change in the cell division cycle after exposure; the SCE rate did not change much, and there was no significant relationship with the culture time and dose; the chromatism of the dicentric stained granules was negatively correlated with the culture time and was positively correlated with the dose; Both SA_c and DG_c indicators decreased with increasing doses, and the C/T ratio in the form of satellite-associated changes did not vary significantly, still meeting the genetic principle of random assignment.
