柴油机油底壳的液面突然升高,说明有冷却水或者柴油渗入油底壳.这种故障将使油底壳的机油乳化变质,破坏其润滑性能.那么如何判断污染物是水还是柴油呢?可以拧松油底壳的放油螺塞,如果开始流出来的是水;拨出机油标尺能看到水珠,油液呈淡黄色;用纸张抹机油标尺后点燃,如果燃烧过程中发出“噼噼啪啪”的响声,说明机油中已经混入了水分.油底壳进水的具体原因是各式各样的,归纳起来主要有气缸垫漏水、阻水圈损坏、气缸套裂纹以及机件缺陷等4个方面.1 气缸垫漏水由于气缸体、气缸盖与气缸垫之间密封不严所引起,具体原因有:
