目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定参雄温阳胶囊中人参的有效成分人参皂苷Rg_1和人参皂苷Re的含量。方法:采用Spherisorb C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相;检测波长为203 nm;流速1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温35℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg_1在0.59~11.82μg具有良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.01%(n=9);人参皂苷Re在1.04~20.74μg的范围具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.35%(n=9)。结论:本法快速、准确,可同时测定参雄温阳胶囊中人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Re的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ginsenoside Rg_1 and ginsenoside Re in ginseng wenyang capsule. METHODS: Spherisorb C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (20:80). The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. ; Column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The ginsenoside Rg_1 had a good linear relationship (r = 1.000 0) with an average recovery of 99.8% and a RSD of 1.01% (n = 9) in the range of 0.59-11.82 μg. Ginsenoside Re had a linear relationship in the range of 1.04-20.74 μg There was a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.7% and a RSD of 1.35% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is rapid and accurate, and can simultaneously determine the content of ginsenoside Rg_1 and ginsenoside Re in Shen-xiong-yang-yang capsule.
