以2,5-二氯对苯二甲酰氯,o-、m-、p-苯二酚,2,7-、2,6-、1,5-、1,6-萘二酚,1,6-己二醇为单体,溶液缩聚得到了3个系列12种热致性液晶氯代聚芳酯,采用红外光谱(IR)DSC/TG、X衍射、热台偏光显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)等对所获得的聚合物结构、液晶性、耐热性、结晶性、在观形态、溶解性进行了表征分析。较详细地探讨了热致性液晶聚芳酯侧基取代和柔性链段等不同结构与性能之间的关系。
2,5-dichloroterephthaloyl chloride, o-, m-, p-benzenediol, 2,7-, 2,6-, 1,5-, 1,6-naphthalenediol, 3 series of 12 kinds of thermotropic liquid crystalline poly (aryl ester) chlorides were obtained by polycondensation of 6-hexanediol. The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR, DSC, X-ray diffraction, hot-stage polarization microscope and scanning electron microscope ), Etc. The obtained polymer structure, liquid crystallinity, heat resistance, crystallinity, appearance morphology and solubility were characterized and analyzed. The relationship between different structures and properties such as side-group substitution and flexible segment of thermotropic liquid crystal poly (aryl ester) was discussed in detail.
