结合塑件齿形锁紧结构优化项目,阐述了六西格玛设计的工具和方法。通过应用SIPOC模型、产品质量屋模型和试验设计分析等,确定了关键设计因子和预测公式,并证明设计满足六西格玛生产能力的要求。采用的方法具有通用性,对同类产品的六西格玛设计具有一定的指导作用。
Combined with plastic tooth-shaped locking structure optimization project, elaborated the Six Sigma design tools and methods. Through the application of SIPOC model, product quality house model and experimental design analysis, the key design factors and prediction formulas are determined and the design is verified to meet the requirements of Six Sigma production capacity. The method adopted has the versatility and has certain guidance to the Six Sigma design of similar products.
