4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲啰啉(向红邻菲啰啉,BPT)-铜(I)体系的溶剂萃取光度法已有报导,手续繁杂,易引入误差。作者用非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100增溶Fe(Ⅱ)-BPT体系获得成功。非离子表面活性剂增溶Cu(I)-BPT体系光度法未见报导。笔者发现,在磷酸二氢钾-磷酸氢二钠缓冲介质中,pH 6.0-9.5时,Triton X-100 (或Tween-80等)存在下,Cu(I)和BPT形成的络合物可溶于水相。在462nm附近有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数
Solvent extraction spectrophotometry of 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BPP) -based copper (I) system has been reported. The procedure is complex and easy to introduce errors. The author succeeded in solubilizing Fe (Ⅱ) -BPT system with non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100. The non-ionic surfactant solubilization Cu (I) -BPT system photometric method has not been reported. The authors found that complexes of Cu (I) and BPT are soluble in the presence of Triton X-100 (or Tween-80 and the like) in potassium dihydrogen phosphate-disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer at pH 6.0-9.5 In the water phase. In 462nm near the maximum absorption, molar absorption coefficient
