1972年3月～1987年8月我院收治190例声带息肉患者.本文就发病年龄、性别及职业因素进行简要分析。 临床资料 年龄与性别:男66,女124,年龄3～72岁(表)。 40岁前后男女患病差异无显著性。(x~2=8.095p<0.05)。男性占34.74％,女性占63.26％,差异有高度显著性(x~2=17.7p<0.01)。 职业分布:患者中工人143名,占75.26％,部、教师、营业员、其他依次为13、14、6、14人,占6.84％、7.37％、3.16％、7.37％。
From March 1972 to August 1987, 190 cases of vocal cord polyps were treated in our hospital. This article briefly analyzed the age, gender and occupational factors. Clinical data Age and gender: Male 66, female 124, age 3 to 72 years old (table). There was no significant difference between men and women before and after the age of 40. (x~2=8.095p<0.05). Males accounted for 34.74% and females accounted for 63.26%. The difference was highly significant (x~2=17.7p<0.01). Occupational distribution: Among the patients, 143 were workers, accounting for 75.26%. The departments, teachers, salespersons and others were 13, 14, 6, 14 in turn, accounting for 6.84%, 7.37%, 3.16%, and 7.37%.
