1980年,我厂东风_4型内燃机车挤出件所用的圆盘式型片都是人工制作的,当型片型腔划好线后,先用小钻头钻出很多小孔,后又连成一片,再用各种各样又扁又小的锉刀一点点锉修成型,相当费工费事,效率较低,质量也不理想。 当时我厂已有线切割工艺,只要编好加工的计算机程序,机器就会按程序自动在钢板上切割出形状相当复杂的型腔来,这种型腔与用手工制作的挤出件型片型腔十分相似,因此,我们采用线切割加工新工艺试制了十几个形状复杂的型片,不但提高了工效,也提高了型片的加工质
