采用正交设计方法研究单晶高温合金定向凝固过程数值模拟所需参数对温度场和冷却曲线的影响。结果表明:单晶高温合金凝固曲线对模拟参数十分敏感,特别敏感于铸件与铸型之间的界面换热系数。通过正交设计获得边界条件参数使模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。确定符合DD6单晶高温合金凝固过程的数值模拟边界条件。
The orthogonal design method was used to study the influence of the parameters required for numerical simulation of directional solidification process on the temperature field and cooling curve of single crystal superalloy. The results show that the solidification curve of single crystal superalloy is very sensitive to the simulation parameters and is particularly sensitive to the heat transfer coefficient between the casting and the mold. Obtaining the boundary condition parameters through orthogonal design makes the simulation results agree well with the experimental results. Determine the numerical simulation boundary conditions in accordance with the solidification process of DD6 single crystal superalloy.
