本文通过对国际贸易术语中海运条件下，ＣＩＦ（成本加保险费加运费）合同分别与装运港和目的港交货合同风险的移转界限及主要区别的比较，充分地显示出ＣＩＦ价格术语是典型的象征性交货合同，它具有风险最大，最具特色同时对买卖双方独具优势和魁力，因而也是被各国在国际货物买卖中采用得最为广泛和持久的贸易术语的法律特征。
