目的探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠肾皮质微循环变化及丹参的干预效果。方法将SD大鼠分为假手术组(A组),胆总管结扎组(B组),丹参干预组(C组),每组分3、7、10d三个时相,每个时相8只。应用WX-9型微循环显微镜观测各组相应时相肾皮质微血管管径和密度变化及微血管周围的渗出情况。结果B组与A组比较各时相肾皮质微血管收缩,7、10d组微血管数量减少,并随时间延长血管收缩、数量减少更加明显(P<0.05),B组7、10d微血管周围出现渗出。C组与B组比较7、10d肾皮质微血管扩张,数量增加(P<0.05),C组7、10d微血管周围渗出减轻。结论梗阻性黄疸可引起大鼠肾皮质微循环障碍,丹参注射液可改善肾皮质微循环。
Objective To investigate the changes of renal cortex in rats with obstructive jaundice and the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods SD rats were divided into three groups: sham group (group A), common bile duct ligation group (group B) and Salvia miltiorrhiza group (group C) only. The WX-9 microcirculation microscope was used to observe the change of the diameter and density of the renal cortex microvessels and the exudation of the microvessels. Results In Group B and Group A, the renal cortical microvessels contracted at 7th and 10th days, and the numbers of microvessels decreased on the 7th and 10th days. The number of vessels was more obvious than that of the A group (P <0.05) . In group C and group B, the number of renal cortex dilated on the 7th and 10th day (P <0.05), and the exudation of perivascular microvascular in group C on the 7th and 10th day was relieved. Conclusion Obstructive jaundice can cause renal cortical microcirculation disturbance, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can improve renal cortex microcirculation.
