研制一种质优价廉的新型Neissera gonorrhoeae(淋病奈瑟菌) 选择培养基。以MH琼脂为基础添加营养成份和抗生素制成MH 婴牛血清培养基 (MHSM) 与MH蛋黄培养基 (MHEM), 将52 株已分离纯化鉴定的淋病奈瑟菌和泌尿生殖道常见寄居菌等量接种至以上两种培养基和对照市售淋病奈瑟菌培养基(MNCM) 上, 相同条件下培养, 观察3 种培养基支持淋病奈瑟菌生长和杂菌抑制能力。结果, 淋病奈瑟菌在所制培养基上生长快, 菌落出现早且大, 生长率高, 与MNCM 比较有显著性差异 (P< 005), 且MHSM 及MHEM 抑制杂菌的能力也明显优于MNCM。
