我国全日制法律硕士生培养模式存在现实培养质量与培养目标设置之间的差距及社会认同感与共同体同质性特征的缺失等问题。学徒制培养模式涵盖实践性、技能性以及真实的办案环境等本质特征,比较符合法律硕士生教育目标的要求,并有助于法律硕士生归属感与法律职业共同体的建构。学徒制对于革新法律硕士生培养方式,实现法律硕士生的培养目的具有启示作用。
There are such problems as the gap between the actual training quality and the setting of training objectives and the lack of social identity and community homogeneity characteristics in the training model of full-time law students in China. Apprenticeship training model covers the essential characteristics of practicality, skills and real handling environment, more in line with the requirements of legal master’s education objectives, and contributes to the legal master’s sense of belonging and the legal profession community construction. Apprenticeship system plays an enlightening role in reforming the way of cultivating legal master students and in achieving the purpose of cultivating legal master students.
