用正交实验设计方法制备了一系列PE 滑石粉复合降解薄膜,研究了滑石粉、LLDPE及光降解剂对薄膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:滑石粉填充量、LLDPE与LDPE的比例对薄膜力学性能产生显著影响,而光降解剂造粒与否对薄膜的制备及其性能影响不大。
A series of PE talc composite degradation films were prepared by orthogonal experimental design. The effects of talc, LLDPE and photodegradation on the mechanical properties of the films were studied. The results show that the loading of talc, the ratio of LLDPE and LDPE have a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the films, but the granulation of the photodegradable agents has little effect on the preparation and properties of the films.
