将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、低氟组、高氟组、低氟加锌组和高氟加锌组。5组大鼠均在饲养前5个月单纯给氟,5个月后给氟同时加牛磺酸锌0.34 g/L,喂养至第6个月后灌注处死动物。测定各组大鼠大脑皮层CCK阳性神经元的变化。与对照组相比,皮层CCK阳性神经元数低氟组(100 mg/L NaF)71.80±6.01、高氟组(200 mg/L NaF)71.20±8.36,均明显降低(P<0.01);低氟加锌组78.20±10.32和高氟加锌组77.35±8.62亦减少(P<0.01);两两比较,高氟加锌组较高氟组明显升高(P<0.01),低氟加锌组较低氟组亦明显升高(P<0.01)。提示不同浓度染氟均能使皮层CCK蛋白表达减少,且与染氟剂量成正相关;补锌后能明显改善皮层CCK蛋白表达减少。
Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, low fluoride group, high fluoride group, low fluoride plus zinc group and high fluoride plus zinc group. It is suggested that the expression of CCK protein in cortex decreased with different concentrations of fluoride, and it was positively correlated with the dosage of fluoride. Zinc supplementation could obviously reduce the expression of CCK protein in cortex.
