岩锚梁是漫湾电站地下厂房的重要结构构件,为了指导岩锚梁所在区域的爆破施工,避免爆破开挖对岩锚梁的扰动影响,在现场调研的基础上,结合岩锚梁所在的厂房第Ⅲ层中部拉槽开挖施工,设计了五组典型爆破工况试验。通过对试验数据的分析回归,得出了爆破地震波的传播规律及开挖爆破对岩锚梁的影响,确定了岩锚梁的保护区域并制定了岩锚梁的震动控制标准。试验研究为工程的安全、快速施工提供了重要的技术支撑。
Rock anchor beam is an important structural component of the underground powerhouse of Manwan Hydropower Station. In order to guide the blasting construction in the area where the rock anchor beam is located and avoid the disturbance caused by blasting excavation on the rock anchor beam, on the basis of field investigation, The middle of the third floor of the plant slot trenches excavation design five sets of typical blasting conditions test. Through the regression analysis of test data, the propagation law of blasting seismic wave and the influence of excavation blasting on rock anchor beam are obtained. The protected area of rock bolt and anchor beam is determined and the vibration control standard of rock anchor beam is established. Experimental research has provided important technical support for the safety and rapid construction of the project.
