初一的学生活泼好动,随意性强,怎样能帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯呢?经过认真思索,我决定,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,让他们通过观察去学习。上课前一分钟,学生们还在兴奋中,我让班长出去观察旁边的两个班。上课铃响后,我问她:“能不能告诉大家,你刚才观察到了什么?”“别的班的同学都提前坐好了,而且教室比我们班整洁。”听到这里,学生们都低下了头,似乎在等待着我的责备。看到孩子们的表情,我不免有些怜爱。“好了,上课吧。”当学生们听到我的话时显得很惊异,随后便很快放松下来。不出我所料,课上到一半时孩子们就完全恢复了原状,
