目的对本院2009年～2010年的门诊处方使用抗菌药物的情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法随机抽取我院2009年～2010年门诊处方2016张,依据统计学方法归纳并进行综合分析。结果在统计2016份病例中,不合理用药822例,主要原因为预防感染、术后用药>10d及治疗发热。结论医院应进一步规范和加强抗菌药物合理使用的监管力度,促进临床用药安全、合理、有效、经济。
Objective To analyze the use of antibacterials in outpatient prescriptions from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Randomly selected outpatient prescriptions from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital from 2016 to 2010 were summarized and analyzed comprehensively according to statistical methods. Results In the statistics of 2016 cases, 822 cases of irrational use of drugs, the main reason for the prevention of infection, postoperative medication> 10d and treatment of fever. Conclusion The hospital should further standardize and strengthen the supervision of rational use of antimicrobial agents to promote clinical drug safety, reasonable, effective and economical.
